How Does ayFLOW Work?

ayFLOW operates as a smart contract based vault on the Flow EVM network. A smart contract is a self-execing program that automatically enforces agreement terms on a blockchain. When a user deposits assets, the protocol's Strategy Engine—composed of AI models and market data pipelines—assigns the capital to a mix of DeFi strategies.

A key mechanism is recursive looping, where the protocol supplies a yield-bearing asset as collateral to borrow a correlated asset, which is then swapped for more of the yield-bearing asset and resupplied.
